Font size set in px, not em

Hi,
I'm using drupal5 and I downloaded your theme and use it, it's great.
but I have a problem: we can't modify font-size with the standard browser functions: try to use internet explorer, goto view/textsize menu.
it remains always the same.
low-vision people have many problems to display information.

could you help please?
