Region to block - ability to change block title

Display suite is brilliant! Thank you.

Is is possible to enable the setting of the block title when using region to block? I know it is trivial to do so in the core block interface, but for an issue in the block module (https://drupal.org/node/2223931) my use case demands otherwise.

Currently the block takes the title of the region name. I am pulling in a content pane via a dynamic field and it also does not pull the view name over as the block title.
