remote ads (adgear f.e.)

Hello. Would appreciate your help with the following. I need to enable remote ads for my web-site. I tried to use text format for that. But here is what happens: I open the page containing an ad, and straight after the page downloads, the ad doesn’t, instead a new page with the ad opens in the same window.

When I change simpleads-block template all works as desired, but updates only after cache-clear and this is not good for me...
I tried to apply a module AJAXblock, but then the problem remained - blank window with ad in it... I also tried to install version 7.2, but other troubles popped up (though there are the same thing with cache and update...).
Is there a way to make it work? Thanks in advance.

If enabling remote ads requires additional modifications, i’m ready to consider. Thanks in advance.

(In Advertisement module I havn't trouble with remote ads...)
