Describe the project (goals, requirements and outcome):
Asked by this political group to build a site that would enable to reach and keep the voters updated, I was looking to Joomla and Drupal solutions. The robustness, versatility and ease to configure layouts of choice ( I especially love views module ) made us chose Drupal. On top of that we were happy to find a distribution OpenPublic, that already was a recipe with the required ingredients. The main effort was to break out of the OpenPublic mold and configure the blocks and data the way we wanted.
Standard modules made building this site a breeze, a pleasure. It was ready and up in less than a month and the look was pro, such that client recommended us to other simmilar clients :)
