The idea looks so straitforward.

I have different location fields on different contentypes.
I want to show the address as a map
or I want to show the adress as a map and the adress

Any input welcome

Go to your content type and/or user and click "manage display" you can then change the display settings. "Map" and "Address and Map" are both options. I believe that Gmap and Gmap Location are required modules for this.
