What does this permission do?

I tried both with and without, and both cases I can access admin/structure/entity-type/ENTITY/BUNDLE

Ok, I finally have cleaned up our approach to permissions, and we have tests that should make clear what the different permissions allow. In the case of "Administer EntityType Bundle Entities" It should allow you to list, add, edit, and delete entities of the given type and bundle.
