Due to how Panels renders pages, it is impossible to use the Apache Solr blocks on Panels pages overriding search pages. This patch fixes that by always rendering Solr blocks after the search has run.

Nick_vhI get what you are doing here but the patch lacks clear documentation what it exactly tries to do. the render_last property reflects on apachesolr? I don't see how this could make sure that apachesolr blocks and facets renders after the search results
