preload geojson layers when using fixed strategy

Hi,

I have multiple geojson layers in a map, currently loaded by Ajax whenever they are made visible. Every time a layer is loaded, the user has to wait a few seconds before it shows up, because there is quite a few data in the geojson feed. I would like to avoid this by providing a preload option for each layer.

I will provide a patch for this feature.
