When using content profile, the profile nodes don't exist when the 'insert' operation is called in hook_user(). We need to run this during as a submit handler off user_register instead.

This bug and patch depend on Jody Lynn's refactoring in #905848: Simpler LDAP Provisioning Using Core User Registration.
