After upgrading from 3.1 to 3.2 I have noticed that the main content width seems to have changed. Now, the main content overlaps ('underlaps') the blocks in the second, right column.

After updating the themes correctly (the updat of adaptivetheme turned out to be put as a subdirectory of the existing folder), now everything is back to normal.
