Contextual links do not show upon hovering content on the latest Firefox. They show up properly on chrome. I did not test IE.
I do not know why yet. Just filling the issue in case I don't have time to debug.

tim.plunkettThat's not critical on its own, and I also cannot reproduce.
Checked Chrome 33, Safari 6, FF 28 all on Mac 10.8.
I tested a clean install with Standard profile and logged in as user 1.

Wim LeersI also cannot reproduce. Firefox 26 & 28, OS X 10.9. Standard profile, user 1.
Looks like a Ubuntu OS bug, or Firefox-for-Linux bug?

Wim LeersClosing because this cannot be reproduced. Likely this is only an issue on devices that support both mouse/pointer and touch events. And for that, we have #2168711: Modernizr.touchevents use can lead to scenarios that break contextual links.
