Error appear:
A mini panel with this name already exists. Please choose another name or delete the existing item before creating a new one.
When I try to do the following steps:
1) To clone existing mini-panel, and save without changes
2) Again clone this existing mini-panel, and change machine name to any non-existing name. Save.
3) Now you can see this error.

Attached patch was helped me!!
