I have installed Solr 4.7.1 on my Linux server, and Drupal has verified that the server works "Your site has contacted the Apache Solr server.". Nevertheless, I cannot finish indexing - log messages refer to "bad requests"...
As I read the documentation including the readme.txt file I read about additional files I need to copy into the "conf" directory. My challenge is that the directory structure seems different from version 3.x.
Can anyone assist me explaining where I should copy the files from apachesolr/solr-conf/solr-4.x?
Regards,
Nyborg

Followed this thread #2154913 (Solr 4.6) and it works. However, I do not find this solution worth while.

Nick_vhThis should certainly be fixed in the latest version. Please try it again but I'm working with solr 4.7 locally without any issues with the latest config files. Thanks for your contribution. It's very much appreciated and I hope you continue to contribute to our issue queue. We can use all the help we can get.
