timeouts due to change to not batch exports by default

I recently upgraded from version 7.x-3.0-beta5 to 7.x-3.0-beta7 and some of our reports began timing out. Using git bisect, I tracked the issue down to the commit associated with #1430572: Don't batch exports by default.

Once I realized that the default had been changed, it was simply a matter of switching the configuration for the associated view to batch again (i.e. change Data export settings > Batched export from No to Yes).

I'm not certain this warrants updating the documentation, but it looks like there are still around a thousand sites using versions prior to 7.x-3.0-beta6, where the switch was made. Just in case, I'm including a patch that updates the README.txt file.
