Emptying panel cache via drush and admin menu

Hey there,

it would be nice if you guys could implement an easy cache cleaning from drush cc and via the admin menu (if present).

On big sites clearing the whole cache can be a massive perfomance loss. Clearing specific caches can help to prevent it.
