Workbench moderation does not work with panels.

When Workbench moderation is installed, we are not able to enable the '/node/%node/edit' page in panels. We use the '/node/%node/edit' pages to simplify for editors, many of whom work for us part time while in school. It works fine with Workbench, but not workbench/moderation.
