add the tab 'manage questions' while creating a question

Hello, I need your help, Im trying to add the tab "Manage Questions" in the page when creating a question, when you create a question there is no an easy way for users to understand how to go back to manage questions, for usability I want to add the tab "Manage questions" in the edit question page, this will be usefull for maintain the context for the user

Any way of add that in the edit page of the questions while creating and/or updating questions of a quiz?
