hi all , i installed commerce kickstart 2 , when i add or edit vocabulary to error database .. i posted image error ! How to fix it , help me ?

Please have a look here: http://www.drupalcommerce.org/questions/4393/what-does-it-mean-mysql-ser.... It is your mysql settings that needs tweaking.
