Yesterday, I spun up the "developer preview" of Restaurant on Pantheon. I only poked around for a little while but found a single minor issue.
I can hover over the "Menus" link in the footer and see that it points to /menus
but clicking on it doesn't take me there.
I've attached a screenshot in case it's unclear which link I mean.

The radix theme has a js file (/profiles/restaurant/themes/contrib/radix/assets/js/radix.script.js) that overrides the default behaviour of the links in the footer menu, so they change color, but never direct the user to the value in the href attribute.
Seems the li prevents the a tag from ever receiving focus. This was noticed on mobile devices in particular.
Removing the js file resolved this for me, but this isn't a viable solution.
