I stupidly installed a second drupal install within my modules directory.

message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare image_image_effect_info() (previously declared in /home/ptou228447/domains/grandbeach1.com/public_html/sites/all/modules/l10n_install-7.x-1.0-beta21/modules/image/image.effects.inc:14) in /home/ptou228447/domains/grandbeach1.com/public_html/modules/image/image.effects.inc on line 62

What to do?
Please help.

I dont know how you did this.... But you should go to your modules directory and remove all the Drupal installation files from your modules folder. This is including the hidden files like .htaccess. If you can clear your caches using Drush and you should be good.
