hello,
i have enabled the module.
It works fine once (user registration form)
when i reload the page it doesnt appear. reload, reload or open in other browser - it doesnt appear.
i clear cache it appears once. again when i reload, it disappears. so much spam in my site. please help.

If you want to always see a challenge, you must select "Always add a challenge." under the "Persistence" section of the CAPTCHA configuration page.
