Can you import XLS with feeds and create a new node for each intersection of column/row

Is it possible using Feeds XLS or Feeds Excel to import an XLS sheet and create a new node for each intersection of Column and Row.

For example: Rows are people, Columns are dates. For each intersection, create a new node that populates field Name_txt with the row value, Field Date_date gets populated with the column value, and Value_Txt gets populated with the value for the intersection of the two. Then repeat for all columns/rows and intersection values into other new nodes.
