Job Application Creation bug

Hi,

My Problem creating Job Application for a Job Position as a Recruiter

1. If I create a job application(For example for John Russle) , once I entered the title , job and description and hit save. It automatically links this new job application to an older job application that I previously created , Andrew Russel and when click on the view; it pulls up the resume for Andrew Russel. However, it should redirect me to a page where I complete a new resume for John Russle. I have attached the pictures as well.

For example, I created a job application for John Russel as recruiter for one of the job positions. Once I go to Job Application Page, it lists all the job application under the one name (Andrew Russel) as one of Job Application that I have already created under Andrew Russel..
