Does anyone here know of a module that allows me to only display terms that have content?

For example:

  1. I Create a view with an exposed filter
  2. The exposed filter is a select list of terms
  3. In the select list, I Only display those terms that are associated with 1 or more nodes.

Does anyone know of anything like this?
