Hi,

the support for CSS printing is pretty nice in the recent dev-release. However, when printing a page from one of my sites, the secondary links (menu on top of the screen) is printed. Around the links, a box appears that is open on top.

Other, even smaller things I noticed:

* The administrative operations from the "Node Relativity" module are also printed. That might not be wanted, but possibly the module does something wrong.
* The 2nd-level headings are formatted with the same size as the top-level-headings (= the article's headline), it could be smaller to be better distinguished.

I have added display none for the secondary links in print.css is the 5-dev version.
