1. Fixed style.css to adjust width of content area depending on visibility of right sidebar or left sidebar
2. Fixed main menu to have height of 30px even when there is no menu links.
3. Error with panel module reported but this theme does not seems to be working with panel module however I have added a fix that is supposed to work.
