The Entity Claim module provides ability for users to claim authorship of any kind of entity. i.e. node, user, comment, organic groups etc...
Requirements
Following modules are required
Functionality
- The administrator can configure the entity types and bundle.
- Once that is configured, administrator can configure fields for that bundle.
- The link for claim will appear on entity view page.
- A user can claim for the entity with that form.
- E-mail can be configured to be sent to admin/user when the user claims for entity and can admin approve/reject the claim.
- Rules integrations to configure any action on claim status change.
- User can claim multiple Entities.
- Administrator and users with permission can choose new roles for the claimer on edit page.
- Integrations with views.
- Limit submission of claim per user.

- Actions to take on user cancel / block
Known problems
The module works fine but currently produces some warnings and notices. I intend to resolve all of them before a stable release.
