Title says most of it.

I took over a site that was in desperate need of an upgrade. It is running 4.4.1. I am doing the upgrade on a test site, and after weeks of work, am almost there.

I ran into a few major stumbling points up until now. The Events module, I needed to find old copies to get it to upgrade properly to the new one. This required the flexinode modules as well, documentation sucked somewhere in here. When creating new content / or anything else, the db seemed to use the ablility to know the last made pid, so i had to hit reload some 350 times to get it to a nid past the last one, it was aggrivating, but was easy enough to fix.

This was also during the great-server-downing which helped increase my panic and fustration ;)

The current problem is the menu module. This is no-longer an add-on (as of 4.5), and doesnt have a seperate upgrade. After upgrade, I get 30+ errors starting w/ "user error: Unknown column 'pid' in 'field list'" for the menu table. I cant enable, disable or add any menus / items either. This is probably due to the fact that the 'menu' table is empty.

Any thoughts on where to begin on correcting this?

Im thinking I need to drop all of the menu-related tables, and rebuild them. :S
