This meta issue includes usability issues that can be fixed by changing User Interface texts.

Many of these were identified in the UMN Usability Testing 2015, and are listed on https://www.drupal.org/node/2497361

The Help text of all Drupal 8 core modules have been reviewed and edited extensively https://www.drupal.org/node/1908570.
We therefore should, compare UI texts to the Help text to see whether suitable wording already exist there.

If User interface text is changed - for example if page names or field labels are changed - then the hook_help text of the module also needs to be changed.
