I use FCKed with IMCE. Everything worked fine until I decided to change the default state of editor to "disabled" when creating or editing content.

It's faster to load a page without FCKed and open the editor with "Rich text editor" link below the textarea field only when necessary.

But if the editor is not enabled by default and invoked manually afterwards, the button "Browse server" when adding an image to the content is not there. When I switched FCKed back to active by default, the button was back.

I'm not really sure if this is more related to FCKed or IMCE but I wanted to report it anyway...
