Background
The Drupal 6/7 module Nodequeue has been deprecated in Drupal 8 by the Entityqueue module and there are no plans to port nodequeue to Drupal 8. Without a D8 version of Nodequeue there is no way to migrate the data from an existing D6 or D7 site. That is where this module comes in.
Nodequeue migrate provides the templates, plugins, etc to migrate data into the form required by the Entityqueue module for use on a Drupal 8 or 9 site.
N.B. This is not a port of nor replacement for Nodequeue.

This module requires the Entityqueue module because that contains the definition of the nodequeue migration destination.
Similar projects
This module should not be confused with Migrate nodequeue which has fundamentally different functionality - migrating from Drupal 6 Nodequeue to Drupal 7 Nodequeue (while this module migrates from Drupal 7 Nodequeue to Drupal 8 Entityqueue).
