Error Creating New Book - (picture included)

Hello, when select Create Book Page, after I click the "Book Outline" section and select "Create a new book" I received an Internet Explorer error:

An error occured.
/book/js/form
(no information available)

No addition menus pop up afterwards--after reading a tutorial on the internet, it says a "Parent Item" form should pop up--which it is not.

I'm using Drupal 6.3, with CCK, TinyMCE, and a few mother modules. I haven't really even begun modifiying anything using CCK or anything like that.

I noticed in the ftp directory, there is no /book/js subdir at all, so whatever the program is looking for, is clearly not there--never was.
