No Invitee Field

Hi!

I am currently using this module on my site and while the tabs are working beautifully, when you click on the invite-by-email tab, it only shows a submit button. Any field to enter an invitee email address is missing.

On the structure>invite type I am using the default invite-by-email type and have checked the 'invited by mail' and 'use default settings' boxes checked. There are no fields on the 'Manage fields' tab, which I am assuming is correct since I am using the default settings, but maybe I'm wrong?

Anybody else ever had this issue? Any ideas on how to fix or what to check for?
