Follow that link to see the problems I am having. The theme is out of whack and none of the links work at all. I can't even revert to my backups since for some reason they now do the same thing. Please help.

theme engine
Double check to make sure that the theme engine appropriate for your theme (phptemplate, xtemplate, etc...) is still present in your themes directory. Perhaps the engine got deleted during the upgrade... Just a guess.

Check your settings.php
<base href="http://www.cherokee-online/" />
It looks like your settings.php file contains this line, although it's obviously not something I can check:
$base_url = 'http://www.cherokee-online';
The theme I use doesn't use
The theme I use doesn't use any of those engines.
Thox, I'm not sure what you mean...I see that "base_url" line in my settings file and to the best of my knowledge, I have it filled in correctly.
One thing I have noticed on my site is that the URL's now need an extra "index.php" in the lines that it doesn't give. What it seems to need is:
http://www.cherokee-online.com/index.php?q=admin
when it used to be:
http://www.cherokee-online.com/?q=admin
None of the links puts that "index.php" in there for me. I stumbled across this by accident.
web server
It sounds like you have a web server configuration issue.

Base URL
It is not the server's fault, it is either the theme, theme engine or Drupal settings.
The base URL for the site (as defined in the
<base>
HTML element) does not have the required ending ".com".Details on which theme engine you're using may help solve this problem.
doh
I completely missed the missing .com part of your answer.

modified theme
The theme I am using is a modification of one of the originals...bluemarine I think. How can I go to another theme if none of my links work?
Yep, that was the line I
Yep, that was the line I had...though I didn't know to look for the missing .com until I saw another post. That was the problem and it is now fixed. Thank you :).
