In this version of webform components are edited on node/%/edit/components. There needs to be a link to this page on the tab menu so that we can return to edit the fields. Right now all we have is a link to node/%/edit.

It's likely a bug in your theme. See #238434: Components option does not appear!

This is not a theme issue. I have tried it with all the standard Drupal themes with the same result.

If you just upgraded, Drupal may not realize that the menu structure has changed. If you have the devel module, try "Empty cache". Otherwise, go to admin/build/modules. That should have the same effect.

Hm, well let's keep the "missing tabs" problem in that single thread, as other users seem to think it's not caused in their theme also.
