On the Modules (D7) and Extend (D8) pages this module could have the highlighted action links with icons as follows:

  1. Help: pointing to an own Help page. Texts can be composed later and added as a localizable strings.
  2. Permissions: pointing to /admin/people/permissions#module-checklistapi
  3. Configure: pointing to /admin/config/gdpr/checklist
