Hello, as mentioned in #2398835: Readd icinga integration, I would like to have a menu task link to the Monitoring settings page.

In this way, Monitoring Icinga module can hook into that and provide its admin pages as tabs under this main settings page.

This would also help to other Monitoring related modules in the future.
