Add AHAH weigting to options

When adding sizes of t-shirts, they turn out in the order:

L
M
S
XL
XXL

Re-weighting them so that they go S, M, L first is a tedious, multi-click process.

Let's add drag-and-drop weighting to this screen like we have on taxonomy terms, menu items, blocks, etc.
