• DrupalCon Seattle: See planning issue. Workshops? Mentor tix apps were due Nov 21st, signups so far, updating the signup page w mon/tues contrib times and language?contrib kit, p2p tools sharing
  • Early week first-time contributors workshop:
    • Expectation is between 30-50 people Monday or Tuesday and 2-3 mentors + workshop lead.
    • Is this decided now as Tuesday from 1-3 PM?
  • What would it take to update DrupalCon language from sprint -> contribution for DA? Signage, marketing, web site content, etc..?
  • Waiting on reply from Amanda for permission to use ResilioSync in Seattle.

• Rachel has gotten the new /community section up and running and would love feedback etc!
  • Next steps for updating the contribution, getting involved and mentoring documentation?
• @yesct mentioned Governance Taskforce Recommendation "Expand Onboarding and Mentoring to Increase Contributor Pipeline". Rachel set to Needs Review so looking for feedback.
• Global Sprint/Contribution Weekend 2019
  • andrewmacpherson added resources for working on a11y virtually.
  • Other initiatives?
  • We need to update tools and point to the latest release so that new contributors get the most compatible toolset. This would also involve updating ResilioSync. See tools topic.
• Tools (quicksprint). Things are fairly stable and supportable so making drastic changes probably too hectic.
  • Things to do:
    1. Update docker + ddev versions - complexity: low, priority: medium - Need by Global Contribution Weekend.
    2. Update tools page and ResilioSync - complexity: medium, priority: high - Need by Global Contribution Weekend.
    3. Figure out XDebug and Cloud9 IDE so we can add back in. - complexity: high - Need by DrupalCon NA
    4. Refactor so that quicksprint can be used by typo3 community (changes build/test/release process) - complexity: high, priority: medium
    5. Anything else?
  • Testing opportunities: Global Contribution Weekend, DrupalCamp NJ, DrupalCamp London, MidCamp
