Review and rank anonymized sessions

Essentially, everyone ranked the sessions separately, then an aggregate score was calculated. After that, it was a matter of hashing out which to accept, and then balancing the schedule based on content and speaker aliases. The person that anonymized the sessions was present for the selection meeting to offer any insight or answer any questions, while maintaining anonymity.
