I am having the same PHP notice as the TinyMCE issue #289218: notice: Undefined index: #type with the WYSIWYG module. The changes in the patch fix the notice on the latest WYSIWYG 6.x-1.x.

sunThanks - in such cases just move the existing issue from TinyMCE's queue to the Wysiwyg queue. I've done this now, and thus, marking this issue as duplicate of #289218: notice: Undefined index: #type
