Could not find the TinyMCE engine installed at modules/tinymce/tinymce/

Dear Sir,
1. For a new person cannot understand which source file have to download named for TinyMCE Engine
2. I cant find any thing so easy in the browser because when I down load one product we find one thing missing if a composite package should be for TinyMCE then it is esear for new person to download and install.
3. In Drupal It should also be a uploader like joomla. so that any one can easly do it.

Iv'e tried this twice:
1. Went to moxie/sourceforge to download:
tinymce-5.x-1.9.tar.gz and
tinymce_2_1_3.gz

2. Unzipped 5.x-1.9.tar.gz to modules folder
3. Unzipped tinymce_2_1_3.gz to includes folder

First try I folloed advice at http://www.discover-doug.com/2007/01/25/installing-tinymce-with-drupal/ and unloaded the contents of the 5.x-1.9 TinyMCE into the includes folder.

(Please note: Doug mentions a doc folder. This does not seem to be included so I couldn't place this there. This makes me suspect that the current "stable" download is incomplete. They forgot to zip the docs folder?)

Didn't work so second time I tried it without unloading folder to includes. Still didn't work.

Would like to know what to do with these unzipped files. The 5.x-1.9 files clearly go into modules. But it is most unclear where to put extracted 2.1.3 files.

Does anybody know? I've read through the manuals for hours. There is no info there telling us what to do to install this to get the engine working. I've been searching all over drupal and the web. Thanks!!

Newbie here. Really all I want is to make fast web sites mostly, but with some power features and have the ability to customize, not just design, but processes, such as eCommerce features, and subscription based user levels.
