D6: Mission 'frame' overlaps [#304153]

Bug in style.css:

table#mission {
	margin: 10px 20px 0px 20px;
}
#mission h1 {
	text-align: center;
	font-size: 16px;
	color: #ffffff;
	padding: 0px;
	line-height: 1em;
}

is making Mission bar out of frame design. Check my attachment.

I saw that "zcc_nz" found a solution here:

May I? This is not a duplicate, since this bug was entered against 6.x-1.1 and the "duplicate" issue was against 5.x-1.0. The bug still exists in 6.x-1.1.

Bugs and feature requests should always be posted against the latest version and then backported.

This issue was posted against the latest version, 6.x-1.1. It is neither a duplicate nor a fixed issue. CVS shows that the bug reported in #282190: Mission 'frame' overlaps was fixed only in the D5 branch, not in the D6 branch. Again, this issue is against the latest version.

I'm attaching a screenshot, as the attachment in the initial post is missing.
