Problem/Motivation

In case the contrib Taxonomy Manager module is also enabled, than it conflict with this hierarchical taxonomy menu block.
The newly added terms were not displayed.

Proposed resolution

Extend the block definition with an extra cache tag: taxonomy_term_list.

Remaining tasks

Needs review, further discussion, if necessary.

User interface changes

The terms will be displayed in the block after saving.
