Sponsorship updates
- Still working on tracking down unpaid invoices
- E3 opening day happy hour/party/game night
- James will confirm times for Aten party

Summit updates
- Sponsorship request has been sent; waiting to hear back
- Library schedule is coming along
- Higher Ed schedule is also coming along
- Need to check in with Nonprofit

Training updates
- Working to determine whether a third training will happen

Catering updates
- All good here, thinking we should do coffee all day on Saturday and Sunday

Marketing updates
- Other design assets needed: slide deck template, venue signs, badges, anything else?
- Phil will check with Lauren about doing an entrance poster again
- Time to revisit stickers
- T-shirts - we'll do fitted t-shirts and unisex t-shirts, cardinal red for volunteers, tahiti blue for everyone
- Send an email blast this week on Wednesday to remind people about session submissions

Website updates
- Schedule page needs to be done two weeks from today (7/15)
- We'll work on putting together a my schedule page, gurwinder can help with that

Contrib day updates
- We have mentors on board and Gurwinder is working with AmyJune to get issues lined up
- Kanopi is added to the site as our contribution day sponsor
- We have a contribution day landing page now
