Remaining tasks

  1. Create release branch from 8.x-2.x, write release notes
  2. Bump version string in thunder.info.yml
  3. Check and update Drupal Core version in drush make file
  4. Merge release branch and tag the merge commit as 8.2.48 and 8.x-2.48
  5. Create release on drupal.org
  6. Announce release
