ePayco integration

This is the continuation project for Commerce ePayco (a Colombian payment gateway), integrated here now.

ePayco offers several tools for a project. It includes e-commerce payment gateway, payment links and others.

Since many of those features maybe used out of a Drupal commerce website, we've moved Commerce ePayco as a sub-module depending on this last one, to be enabled only when Drupal commerce is available. This way, you can to take advantage of the ePayco integration without having a fully-available Drupal commerce instance. useful to do your own implementations/features easily. Also, Commerce ePayco has a complete rework to take advantage of this new feature. Therefore, if you're already an user of previous version, then you need to uninstall it before using this module.

Available features:

• Integrate ePayco Off-site and "On-page" (iframe) payments with Drupal commerce 2.x.
• Store several sets of ePayco settings as configuration entities, and use them according your needs.
• Use pre-defined settings for Drupal commerce gateways and override them per store (useful to allow sellers to have their own payment account at ePayco).
• Alter payment data dinamically before sending to the gateway (a basic hook is provided for that purpose).
• Implement your own features (without Drupal commerce) by using a single/extendable Drupal service.
• Render free payment buttons (no need for Drupal commerce). Useful for quick donation pages.
• Basic integration with Business Rules module. (NOT SUPPORTED YET IN DRUPAL 10, until BR for D10 is released)
