volkswagenchickI can see that you have made some previous posts in the issue Q.
Can you reply to this thread with a comment confirming that you are in fact a real user?

gisleHe is creating some posts - i.e. support requests not posted in the support forums as one is supposed to, but in various project queues - including the core issue queues. Please take a look at:
https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3079843
https://www.drupal.org/project/ampproject/issues/3072677
https://www.drupal.org/project/1121188/issues/3076018
Our criteria for becoming "confirmed" says:
Is this the case here?
He also seem very fond of bumping stuff to "Critical" priority without reason, and insists on polluting the issue tag space with his own tags whenever he starts an issue, and for good measure, he puts random posts as parent and related posts when he requests to be "Confirmed". (I've just replaced a random parent with the correct one in this particular issue.)

volkswagenchick@gisle - Assuming positive motivation, I think the issues you bring up are a result of his being a novice.
As a new @someshver, you may want to read: https://www.drupal.org/node/1839650 about Issue Queue Etiquette. There is also a Slack space that can be utilized to ask questions. https://www.drupal.org/slack

gislevolkswagenchick, I understand that he is a novice.
However, if you want my opinion, I think positive motivation is not enough to give someone the "Confirmed" role.
People need to learn how things should be done here before we remove the training wheels that is implicit in not having the "confirmed" role. During that period, if I sign up for a new user, I watch the person and try to gently mentor he or she so they learn do to things right. If you find mentoring too burdensome, I can take over mentorship of someshver if you unassign yourself from him.
In closing, I will add that if you go ahead and confirm him, assuming positive motivation, that too is perfectly OK with me. I just wanted to add my two cents worth.

volkswagenchick@gisle I appreciate your comments, and you are not wrong. We led them to documentation and I am very happy to followup as the user moves through the learning curves, I had not confirmed the role for that very reason.

gisleIn the past, your contributions has violated a number of the norms here, e.g.:
So the first step to take towards becoming a confirmed user is to stop doing these things.
However, I am willing to forget the past, and give you a fresh start.
Starting today (September 11), your postings for the next two weeks (until September 25) will be monitored.
You may want to visit https://www.drupal.org/contributor-tasks for ideas on how to contribute back to the project!

volkswagenchick@gisle Just poking this a bit.
I do not see any new posts from this user, but I do not have the ability to see comments that may have been flagged as SPAM.
Thanks.
apaderno@volkswagenchick There aren't unpublished posts created from the OP.
To say it all, there aren't posts created after the last comment gisle posted on this issue. If we are going to check the OP's behavior in the past month, there isn't anything to review, so far.
volkswagenchickAnother month had passed and I do not see any new posts from the user. Should this issue be closed?
apadernoI confirm: There aren't posts created after September 7, 2019. I agree on closing this issue due to lack of posts to review (given what I said in comment #14).
someshver CreditAttribution: someshver commentedI have contributed in a module please review again and make me confirmed user.
