If you are migrating domains with MigrateDestinationDomain and you map the machine name you get an Integrity constraint violation when running the "update" procedure. Patch incoming.

Attached patch makes sure the $domain array passed to domain_save() has the domain_id key loaded from domain_machine_name_load().
