The following user is listed as active maintainer of de. It seems the user profile is deleted. Is that true or are there some cacheing issues? https://www.drupal.org/u/hass
If someone can tell me the user profile still exists or not I would either remove him as maintainer from de or leave anything as it is.
Thank you.

apadernoThe linked user account exists (https://www.drupal.org/user/85918). The user posted his last comment on August, 2019.
When an account is deleted, the username is replaced from Anonymous user and no link to the user profile is available. If you see a link to the user profile, that account has not been deleted.

Joachim NamysloOk I got Acess denied when clicking on the link. So maybe there is an issue

apadernoFor what I can see, the account has been blocked, and that explains why you don't have access to the user profile. (Only user administrators can access the profiles of blocked accounts.)
I cannot say why the account was blocked, since the user has never spammed, and I cannot find any post about blocking the user.

gisleAccount https://www.drupal.org/u/hass is longer blocked. No idea what happened.
Blocked accounts return status code 403 (Forbidden) to most people. They can be unblocked.
Deleted accounts return status code 404 (Not found) to everyone. They can only be restored from backup.

apadernoI unblocked hass, as I didn't find any reason to block him.
gdemetThis user was blocked in connection with a Community Working Group matter; we have reblocked the user and are working on ways to make it more clear to user admins when and why users are being blocked.

apaderno@gdmet I apologize: I didn't find any track of actions taken on the account.
As user administrator, I can see and edit a field for the user accounts (Notes with the description Admin-only notes). Maybe that field should be made visible from webmasters (and users with other, higher, roles) when they look at a user account, without the need to click on Edit to edit the account.

Joachim NamysloOh and by the way, if any Community Working group blocks a project maintainer. Inform at least one Co-Maintainer about the why, please. Maild gdemet about this and said I wouldn't commend here. But what is the reason for being so mysterious? If I hadn't had a look into the last posts of this user and If I wouldn't maintain the project de regularly I wouldn't even know about this.

gdemet@kiamlaluno - No worries. Moving forward, any CWG-initiated blocks will only be done by users with user admin privileges and we'll make sure to leave a note.
@Joachim Namyslo - As per our standard policy, we maintain confidentiality for those involved in matters that come before the CWG. It has not to date been our policy to notify project co-maintainers when actions are taken, though we're open to discussion about that in our issue tracker. I've responded to your email with some additional context, though you would need to talk directly with the user in question for more details.

Joachim Namyslo@gdement We know enough now. That's great if the user comes back someday and we have to talk to him. Thank you, again.
